What You’ll Experience:

Connect to Self with Alana Burton - Somatic Reawakenings

Experience the profound benefits of somatic movement, a practice that fosters a deep connection between brain and body. Somatic Movement is a neuromuscular re-education practice. Through slow, mindful movements, uncover and release habitual tension patterns that contribute to pain and dysfunction. By actively engaging your brain in movement, natural coordination, balance, and strength is restored—allowing for greater ease and freedom in your body.  These movements are designed to be accessible to all, fostering a renewed sense of bodily freedom.  This gentle practice is done on the floor while you are laying on your back, front or sides.  Participants must be comfortable moving down onto the floor.

Connect to Your Horse with Linda Fitzpatrick - Reverence Horsemanship

Discover how clarity in your own body transforms the way your horse moves and responds. In two horsemanship lessons with Linda Fitzpatrick, your horse will be guided to move with stability, fluidity, balance, and healthy posture—stronger, healthier, and more confident.
Linda’s approach empowers both horse and rider to build a trusting, responsive partnership, enhancing your equestrian skills and connection.

Connect to the Sacred Land with Chloe Vance - Star 6 Ranch & Chloe Vance Equine Alchemy

Star 6 Ranch is guardian to 80 acres of grasslands, meadows, and forests, surrounded by wild and protected parklands, with the Kananaskis River running its eastern border.
Chloe shares her love for the beauty and solitude of this sacred place with those seeking connection with the natural world: the soothing sounds of the river, the feel of hands in rich soil, the grounding presence of animals, and the assurance that day comes after night. Guided by neuroscience, coaching and leadership philosophy, and principles of experiential learning, Chloe curates experiences focused on reflection, self-discovery and personal growth.
